Jenny’s ELC The Arch is a brand new child care centre in Ballarat in regional Victoria. We are thrilled to be part of the Alfredton and wider Ballarat community.
Since opening in March 2023 we quickly built an amazing team of Educators and have truly been welcomed with warmth by the families of Ballarat.
Perfect location to grow and learn
Jenny’s ELC The Arch is located in a great location directly opposite Ballarat’s famous “Arch of Victory”. With easy access from Lucas and Alfredton many of our families walk, ride or drop in while driving past. Set over 2 levels which includes amazing outdoor spaces and our very own dining room – children within the centre have an opportunity to explore both beautiful indoor and outdoor environments as well as the local community.
Being closely located to nearby shopping facilities, neighbouring parklands and sporting fields – our Arch children also have the opportunity to be immersed in ongoing community excursions to help give them a real sense of what belonging to a community really means.

Kindergarten Program
This program incorporates skill-building and social skill development that prepares your child for the transition to a school program.
Pre-Kindergarten Program
Our program supports each child’s confidence and aids in the comfortable adjustment into Kindergarten and formal schooling.
Engaging Play Spaces
Engaging outdoor and indoor play areas, including vegetable patch and sensory garden to encourage children to explore and learn about sustainable activities.
Seasonal Food Offering
We love fresh produce. We use locally-sourced ingredients to prepare meals that are nutritious, fresh and delicious with varieties that considers the needs of each child including allergies.
