Meet our director.
Nikki Davis
I've been working in the early childhood sector since 2019, starting my career as a Centre Chef at Delacombe before discovering my passion for working directly with children and families. I joined Jenny's ELC almost three years ago, progressing from Room Assistant Educator to Educational Leader, and more recently into the role of Centre Director at Soldiers Hill — a journey I'm incredibly proud of.
I'm passionate about creating a warm, welcoming home away from home for children and families. I love watching children begin their journey in our nursery and supporting their growth as they move through the centre. I'm a strong advocate for messy and sensory play, and my favourite part of this work is the long-lasting, trusting relationships I build with children, families, and the educators I work alongside every day.
