A typical day at Grovedale.

Our menus are developed in line with Nutrition Australia guidelines, rotate seasonally, and cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, allergies and cultural preferences.

Laura Boucher
I've worked in early childhood education for over 15 years. What I care about most is getting the basics right — children who feel safe, families who feel genuinely welcomed, and educators who feel supported enough to do their best work. When those three things are in place, everything else follows.
Inclusion isn't a policy for me, it's how I run the room. We have families from many different backgrounds at Grovedale, and I want every one of them to feel like this centre was built for their family specifically.
I love seeing children grow into themselves — the moment a shy child starts running in the gate, or a toddler who barely spoke starts narrating their whole day. Those moments are why I'm still here after 15 years.
