Our Norlane centre is a warm, inclusive community space that serves families across northern Geelong. We have families from many different backgrounds, and we take that seriously — every child's home life, language, and routines are reflected in how we run the day.

Our menus are developed in line with Nutrition Australia guidelines, rotate seasonally, and cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, allergies and cultural preferences.

Sam Sherwell
I've been working in Early Childhood Education since 2013, and I genuinely couldn't imagine doing anything else. I joined Jenny's ELC at the beginning of 2024 and immediately felt at home — being part of a team that truly values children and families means everything to me.
What I love most is the children themselves. Being part of their journeys, watching their personalities develop, and supporting them through important milestones is truly special. I'm passionate about the profound impact the early years have on a child's life, and I'm driven every day to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels seen, supported, and confident to be themselves.
