Ingredients
500gm Beef mince
200gm Bacon pieces
1 Large onion diced
1 spring onion bunch
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
½ cup mushrooms diced
½ cup corn kernals
½ cup peas
1 tsp chinese all spice
½ tbls garlic
1 ½ cup soy sauce
2 cups rice
Method
1. Brown off beef, bacon, onions in fry pan.
2. Add the remaining vegetables.
3. Boil rice in separate saucepan.
4. Add the rice to the cooked ingredients.
5. Stir through garlic, Chinese allspice and soy sauce.
