Recipe of the Month – Creamy Tuna Pasta


1 x 400gram tin of Tuna in Spring water

1 x 500 gram packets of Spiral Pasta

1 x 600 ml bottles of Thickened Cream

2 x Shredded Carrot’s

2 x Shredded Zucchini’s

1 onion diced

1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic

1 cup of frozen peas

1 cup of frozen corn

1 cup of shredded tasty cheese



Boil peas, corn, carrot, onion and zucchini till cooked.

Boil Pasta as per directions on the packet, drain and place in casserole dish.

Drain Tuna and cooked vegetables, add to pasta.

Add Cream and Cheese to pasta mix and stir through, cover and place in moderate oven (180 to 200 degrees) and bake till heated through.
