With Winter coming closer, we love this delicious Chicken, Broccoli and Brie Pot Pie. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Ingredients
- 2 Sheets of Puff Pastry or Gluten Free Pastry
- 1 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1 Diced Onion
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Bag Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 125gm Brie Cheese
- 500ml Milk or Soy Milk
- 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 500gm Diced Chicken
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Pre-heat oven 180oc
- Grease a baking dish
- In a frying pan add oil, garlic & onion sautee
- For 5 minutes, add chicken a lightly brown
- In a saucepan bring milk to the boil & thicken with cornflour
- Fold chicken & brie through mixture
- Place in baking dish a top with pastry
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
