Ingredients
- 2 diced chicken breasts
- 4 diced carrots
- 1 bunch of celery diced
- 4 brown onions diced
- 800g can crushed tomato
- 1 tbs cushed garlic
- 2 litres chicken stock
- 1 litre water
- 2 pkts rice noodles
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Prepare all ingredients ready to start.
- Brown off the chicken, onion and garlic together.
- Add the chicken & vegetables to a large pot, boil until vegetables are soft.
- Add the rice noodles and add salt & pepper to taste. Serve with toasted bread.
