Jenny’s ELC Employment Philosophy

Jenny’s ELC love dedicated professionals. We encourage staff to be continually updating, refreshing and up skilling in a variety of areas. We value the importance of mentoring and support and encourage staff of all levels of qualification to further develop themselves personally and professionally. We are proud to share our knowledge with new staff to the industry by providing traineeships in Certificate III & Diploma of Children’s Services as of December 2012 we have 20% of our staff Degree trained or enrolled in their Early Childhood Degrees. We aim to employ staff with a variety of backgrounds and experience to replicate the tapestry of the community and help to ensure the educational needs of the children are met.
